We travelled to Preston and its fair to say the pitch was hard but generally ok to play on, we had beaten Ribbleton 2.0 at home and that was a tight game
 
Villa had the early start and we pressed well into Ribbletons half then against the run of play we found them on our 18 yard box we failed to clear the ball and the shot went under Matty 1.0 the half continued as before but Ribbleton fought well and gave our defence a lot to think about,but we did well and created chances on the 23 minute mark Danny found some space and saw the keeper coming out and lobbed him well 1.1 well taken goal and much deserved
 

Second half started much the same as the first half both teams fighting well and 18 minutes in Villa where awarded a penalty Josh stood up and fair play to him didn't look to have any nerves the shot went wide unlucky Josh
23 in and from a throw in the ball bounced well in the Ribbleton area and Craggy rose and took the header really well to put it in the top corner 2.1 a couple of minutes later and some good battling from Danny and a pass to James M saw a good finish to complete the game 3.1
 
Well done lads a good result keeps us at the top with games in hand
