This game was won by half time, & the gap to second place has been narrowed to just 1 point!!!

The lads played well today & showed some good passing & movement, although it was very difficult playing against a team that defended so heavily with nearly everybody behind the ball.

Haz saw his "goal" cruelly ruled out as the ref blew for a hand ball & Jordi scored from the resulting penalty before adding a well taken second.  An unfortunate OG saw us 3-0 at HT.  JJ again proved his worth, making 2 fine saves to deny hopes of a comeback.  Haz rapped it up adding a fine fourth.

There were many near misses, the finest saw James's shot rattle the crossbar, although there were excellent efforts from Adam & Alonso (Tom B).  Noteable performances also from Ethan & Callum to keep a well deserved clean sheet.  Our delivery from set pieces was particularly good today, well done Adam from the corners, & Haz again caused problems with free kicks from distance.

Lets keep working hard at training & even better performances will come.....Bamber Bridge will soon be sending out spy planes of their own!!!!!!!
