Euxton Blacks got their season off to a great start to their first competitive season with a convincing 7-2 win at home. In a display of good passing football, that suggests a promising season ahead, they got ahead early and never looked like losing their grip. Goals came from Daniel 3 , Dylan 2 , Aedan and an unfortunate own goal from an unlucky Hesketh defender . Dylan rotated the team and there were good performers throughout the squad. Jamie had a good debut and Max did well as a defender. Hard to pick out a man of the match but Daniel for his constant threat and willingness to pass and move deserved the award.
 
Well done to all- it was a good first game played in great spirit by both teams - if every game is like this we will have an enjoyable season
