Euxton returned to winning ways with a comfortable win at home to Longridge. The Blacks played some good football in the first half after a very bright start which saw Dylan opening the scoring after just 3 minutes when he ran onto a through ball and poked it past the keeper. This start was just what was needed after the previous match and by half time Euxton led 3-0 with Daniel  scoring 2 more goals. The most pleasing element was the football being played.
 
The second half it must be said, was a little scrappy partly because Euxton were trying to score individual goals rather than the team play evident in the first half. Having said that Longridge worked very hard and their keeper made some good saves.
 
So it wasn't until 5 minutes from time before Dylan scored his second and Euxton's 4th after a good move involving Kurt and Daniel.
There was just time for Aedan to tackle Kurt in the box in order to finish off a great dribbling run from Kurt and end the scoring.
Nice to see another clean sheet and some good football.
