Euxton got back to winning ways with a good win away . As we did not have the chance to use the squad last week as promised we made lots of changes to the team in order to give everyone a game. Jamie came into midfield as captain along with Matthew. Rigt from the start Euxton pushed Penwortham back and a good run from Matthew found Dan inside the box and he finished well. Dylan Daniel and Matthew wer making good passing moves but despite lots of effort it was surprising to find that Dan's goal was the only one of the half. Indeed but for a goal line clearance from Ben it would have been all square even though Euxton were well on top in eneral play.
 
More changes were made and perhaps we made too many because the passing football dropped as players moved position and for a little whilst Penwortham looked like they might just score an equalizer.
 
Daniel put all worries to rest when he latched onto a through ball and beat the keeper.
 
It was good to get a win and great that we used all 11 players in the squad.
 
Just 3 more matches to go and one more win should be enough.
 
Man of the Match was Daniel for two great finishes
