Having got off to a great start
in our first match Euxton made the worse possible start this
time when a series of missed tackles led to us conceding a
soft goal after just 30 seconds. Thankfully we went straight
back up field and Josh challenged the goalkeeper on the line
and scored. Connor scored a neat goal after 7 minutes and a
well placed lob from Miles on 19 minutes made it 3 -1. By
this time it was one way traffic and it was surprising that
are only other goal of the half was after 25 minutes when
Connor finished strongly. A number of other chances were
missed , blocked or saved by the Lostock keeper.
In the second half Euxton played
some good football and most pleasingly started to talk as
much on the pitch as they are able to do off it. Steven
scored on 35 minutes heading in after a great passing move.
Lewis on 41 minutes and Connor's hat trick goal on 43 were
followed by 2 good finishes by Joseph on 54 and 59 minutes
to complete the scoring.
